Equipment Rental Request

Please fill out the following form to request equipment.

All first time renters must call.  You will be asked to submit a copy of your driver’s license, full contact information for place of business or home, and if you are renting any item above $2,500 in replacement value, you will be asked to include an additional form of ID, and two verifiable business referrals.  We will not accommodate last minute rentals for first time renters.

Insurance Requirements:  Equipment Rental Insurance is also required for all rentals above $2,500 in replacement value. No exceptions.
