RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
A Certificate of Insurance must be submitted and verified before your rental can begin. COI must cover rental dates, list The Cinehub LLC as the certificate holder, additional insured, and loss payee. If you do not have equipment rental insurance, you can apply for coverage through Athos Insurance Services.
